Seven Parish Councils of Aldham, Chappel, Copford with Easthorpe, Eight Ash Green, Great Tey, Marks Tey and Wakes Colne on the west side of Colchester, have agreed the following joint letter to Councillor Andrea Luxford Vaughan, Portfollio Holder for Planning & Sustainable Development for Colchester City Council along with a joint statement.
